Hoghouse @ Spier

This past weekend I visited Spier to dine at the Hoghouse Brewing Co. It’s been on my list for a while & I finally made the time. They also have a resturant in Ndabeni but I chose Spier for the lovely scenary & knowing I can take a walk around afterwards to unwind. The Hoghouse makes some of theee most amazing meat I have had in my years. Their ribs guys, I have no words. I ordered pulled beef & a side of baked cauliflower. I highly recommend the cauliflower if you want a vegetable side. Its cooked well & comes topped with cream. My man ordered a variety of meats & all were done so well. The pork cracking should honestly be served on its own because I could just eat that. For a non beer person like me, they had light crispy fruity beers which were easy to drink. Try it for some R&R. Its a family friendly place for lots of space for kids to run. It has both out/in-door dining. Quite affordable too.
